October 19–20: A Journey Through Art and Nature in Hachioji's Autumn Splendor
Held from October 19th to 20th, this three-day event takes visitors on a journey through five ateliers nestled in the deep mountains of Hachioji, Tokyo. Featuring over 50 creators with ties to each venue, the exhibition is an annual autumn tradition that celebrates art, craftsmanship, and community.
This year, MODESTE participated by serving hand-drip coffee at the atelier of Kanako Ueshima, whose works are featured in our online store. Against the backdrop of the vibrant autumn foliage, the event offered a serene and inspiring atmosphere, making it a truly memorable experience.
For those who value the connection between nature, artistry, and everyday life, this exhibition embodies the beauty of Japanese craftsmanship at its finest.
